We will have a kick-off call on Wednesday, May 3rd for all the women who are participating in the challenge. Also, join our Premium members for a mental health training on Wednesday, May 24th.

Your own accountability group

Invite a friend to join you and together you'll be placed in a small pod of other women from the challenge as well. Cheer each other on together in our Tribe Community each week.

Habit and goal trackers

You'll receive both printable and digital suggestions to track your workouts and water for the month of May.
