What equipment do I need?
For every workout, I recommend a yoga mat, water and sturdy shoes. Some specific workouts require a pilates ball, light band or hand weights. For beginners, I recommend 2-5lbs weights. As your strength grows, 10-15lbs weights can be used.
How does the community work?
Community involvement is available to every member and you are free to participate as little/much as you'd like. Once you have joined, download the app and there is a community button that allows you to read and respond to others and to post yourself.
Most women love to share a "sweaty selfie" after they've completed their workout each day. It is a great way to see others, be encouraged and ask for help on your health journey.
What is Brooke's background & story?
I'm a mom of 3 who loves activating women to take ownership of their bodies minds. I've been teaching group fitness classes at a local gym for 15 years and in 2018 launched my own online fitness membership. I have a theatre background and love the creative process of crafting and filming workouts that women will love.
I also understand the overwhelmed feeling that women have trying to stay healthy. In order to feel free and confident in your own skin and season requires a plan and people around you. I love to help activate and connect women who need to be empowered with a healthier way to live!
