I was craving more strength training after yesterday’s weights and reflecting on where i am in my cycle. So I went digging and found one of my favorites- weights and tabata combined. Tabata arms and legs (01) and tabata core (02). I love the search feature on the app that lets me explore all the wonderful workouts Brooke has provided.
