Hi, friends! When I’m not sure what to do on a weekend, I usually choose a tabata or HIIT workout. Fast, effective, and I love the combination of cardio and weights! Love coming here for motivation and inspiration from strong women.😍 I’m looking forward to a new week and SO thankful for the opportunity to move.👏💪🏼
It’s been a loooooong time since I’ve posted here, but my addiction for workouts still runs deep.🤪 They are one of the only things keeping me grounded in this new school year.
I used to think 45mins was the minimum I could work out each day. I like to get my workouts in early and 45 mins became such a challenge to do before school each day. This school year, I made myself a promise to get in 30 minutes each week day. It has been attainable and just enough to start my day off!
I enjoy longer weekend workouts, so I did barre circuits this morning and feel amazing. Love this community!💕You all are such an inspiration to keep moving!
