Finally checked off all the new videos this month. Got in the new yoga block workouts this morning. I used my stair and Pilates ball in place of the block. Really enjoyed the back and forth between cardio and core.
Hope everyone is feeling healthy and strong! I’m ready to get out and enjoy this beautiful weekend’s weather. ☀️

I hit snooze one too many times this morning. 😴didn’t do the scheduled workout but found one for the time I had so I could still get moving today. Did Ann’s new HIIT 3/4 that I missed last week. Trying to incorporate a walk each day now that the cooler temps are finally coming our way. Happy Tuesday everyone! ☀️💗

Still working my way through the new videos. Did Ann’s HIITs on Friday and Kate’s Barre this morning. Really enjoyed them both. I have come to enjoy barre more and more every time I place play on one. These new barres were fierce but it went fast.
