These are my “yoga blocks”. They worked great as an option. This was a fun, full body workout like Brooke said in the video. Loved that it’s low impact and you can even slow it down more if needed. Don’t be afraid of this workout if you don’t have a block or afraid it’s yoga, it is not😜It is a very doable workout for everyone🩷🙋🏻‍♀️
