It’s been an “odd” week. I used Monday & Tuesday as rest days. Today I almost didn’t feel like working out but did the barre circuits because I didn’t want to take another day off. It was well worth doing. My body really needed the movement this week. Sharing a photo from today and my run yesterday.

Played about halfway through and had some morning interruptions. Loved the muscle confusion, it was quite a challenge going the whole 60 seconds!
