It’s been an “odd” week. I used Monday & Tuesday as rest days. Today I almost didn’t feel like working out but did the barre circuits because I didn’t want to take another day off. It was well worth doing. My body really needed the movement this week. Sharing a photo from today and my run yesterday.
Hi, friends! When I’m not sure what to do on a weekend, I usually choose a tabata or HIIT workout. Fast, effective, and I love the combination of cardio and weights!
